This position is designed to enhance sales and profitability in the thriving wireless industry, which includes electronics, mobile devices, accessories, and digital services. As a full-time sales associate, your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging customers in retail settings, facilitating the sale of various wireless products and accessories, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Boosting sales performance and improving customer satisfaction at retail locations by promoting a diverse range of wireless products, accessories, and services
  • Collaborating effectively with retail personnel in sales initiatives
  • Participating in in-store promotional activities and coordinating with relevant staff
  • Engaging in wireless sales events at retail sites
  • Training:
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of wireless products and services offered by various carriers
  • Attending mandatory training sessions and conference calls
  • Keeping abreast of new product and service launches from client retailers

Relationship Development:

  • Establishing and nurturing essential relationships within the program
  • Fostering positive business relationships with store management and staff

Additional Job Requirements:

Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, walking, and standing. Ability to navigate the store, interact with customers, and manage merchandise as required. Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
