**Youth and Family Services Coordinator Job Description

Crossroads Community Church is seeking a caring and organized individual to fill the role of Youth and Family Services Coordinator. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy, creativity, and commitment to serving families and youth.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $70,000 per year

**Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and implement programs for youth and families
  • Recruit, train, and nurture a dedicated volunteer base
  • Coordinate events and activities for youth and families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as needed

**Requirements:*

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Two years of experience working with youth or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
