SeaMar Community Health Centers is a non-profit organization providing medical, dental, and mental health services to patients in need.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for screening all non-insured patients and ensuring that customers newly assigned or reassigned receive timely and effective service.
Responsibilities:
- Screen all non-insured patients and determine eligibility for programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP.
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
