Case Manager for Housing Services

We are Columbia River Mental Health Services, a leading provider of behavioral health and recovery services in southwest Washington. We are seeking a dedicated Housing Coordinator to join our team and help us make a difference in the lives of our clients.
As a Housing Coordinator, you will work closely with clients who have mental illness, providing education about mental health and assisting them in achieving their goals. You will be responsible for coordinating services within and outside our organization, facilitating communication between community partners, and identifying housing opportunities in the community.
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in mental health, social work, psychology, or human services, and approximately 1-2 years of experience in the social service field. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary range of $22.62 - $29.96 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays and time off, and career development opportunities.
