We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Mental Health Awareness Trainer at Lifeline Connections. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport, and possess knowledge of mental health resources in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health awareness trainings in the community based on Mental Health First Aid and/or Youth Mental Health First Aid evidence-based curriculum;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clinics and hospitals, local service providers, first responders, and school districts to expand the agency's collaborative partnerships and improve coordination of services;
  • Support MHAT Project Director in developing policies and procedures to gather and record client-level data related to program services and outcomes;
  • Develop and manage spreadsheet to track all related program activities including community outreach, number of trainings held and when, number of attendees, etc.
