Job Title:Youth Program Assistant

Salary: The estimated hourly wage for this position is around $16-$20, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment for children, allowing parents to focus on their workouts. Your tasks will include:
  1. Carefully planning and executing engaging activities, games, and crafts tailored to different age groups.
  2. Maintaining a clean and safe play area, adhering to established protocols.
  3. Communicating effectively with parents about their child's activities, behavior, and any specific requirements.
  4. Collaborating with other Kids Club Attendants and gym staff to foster a positive and supportive team culture.
