Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 hands-on support for desktop/laptop machines, printers, and applications
  • Assist with software/hardware installations and computer refreshes
  • Handle IT tickets within the ticketing system's queue
  • Provide network connectivity support

Requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot desktop and laptop machines and applications
  • Knowledgeable about network connectivity and software
  • Strong experience with troubleshooting PC, network, and printers (small fraction of MACs)
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong soft skills (communication and ability to work well with a team)

Work Environment:

This role will be working Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, on-site in Orlando, FL.
