Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Landtrust Title of Central Florida. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Implement office standards to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Schedule appointments and company trips as needed
  • Order office equipment and supplies
  • Market our brand through community events and digital mediums
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs
Compensation:

$25 hourly
