Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AVASO Technology Solutions. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and updating software
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support
- Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
