As a key member of our engineering team, you will serve as the Project Engineer, collaborating across various Lines of Business and Functions within Aeronautics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a range of specialized initiatives, which may encompass value stream mapping, process enhancement, and the application of Agile methodologies in Project Engineering.
  • Facilitate the creation of Project Charters, comprehensive Project Plans, and ensure effective Project Execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution, along with relevant experience or combined education.
  • Experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement Project plans.
  • Possession of a Secret or higher security clearance.

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with effective communication across various levels of management.
  • Self-motivated individual with minimal supervision required, capable of clear communication with senior leadership.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
  • Experience in managing software development projects and familiarity with digital engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices and Model-Based Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
