Position Overview

The role of an Intake Coordinator involves overseeing, contacting, reporting, and tracking new case inquiries while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. You will also provide support to the team with various tasks as needed, including those assigned by management. Essential skills for success in this position include active listening, multitasking, empathy, and establishing clear expectations with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO NEW INQUIRIES IS ESSENTIAL
  • NEW CASES TAKE PRIORITY - Always prioritize accordingly.
  • FOLLOW-UP IS VITAL - A proactive follow-up strategy increases case signings.
  • TEAM COMMUNICATION IS KEY - Effective communication with your team helps prevent or quickly resolve issues.
Compensation:

$35,000 - $50,000 annually

Core Duties:
  • Monitor incoming inquiries via phone, text, or email
  • Consistently follow up on leads and update their status
  • Log all incoming inquiries into the Lead-Docket system
  • Submit a daily New Case List by 4:00 PM
  • Conduct intake processes for new clients
  • Coordinate medical treatment or inform case managers of client preferences
  • Assign new cases to the case management team
  • Maintain and update the Medical Providers List
  • Report daily KPIs by the end of each week
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills are required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
