Position Overview

The role of an Intake Coordinator involves overseeing, contacting, documenting, and tracking new case inquiries while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. You will also support the team with various tasks as needed and as directed by management. Essential skills for success in this position include active listening, multitasking, empathy, and establishing clear expectations with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • RESPOND PROMPTLY TO NEW INQUIRIES
  • PRIORITIZE NEW CASES AS A TOP PRIORITY
  • DEVELOP A STRONG FOLLOW-UP ROUTINE TO INCREASE CASE SIGNINGS
  • MAINTAIN OPEN COMMUNICATION WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO AVOID OR QUICKLY RESOLVE ISSUES
Compensation:

$35,000 - $50,000 annually

Core Duties:
  • Monitor incoming inquiries via phone, text, or email
  • Regularly follow up on lead statuses throughout your shift
  • Document all incoming inquiries in the Lead-Docket system
  • Submit a daily list of new cases by 4:00 PM
  • Conduct intake for new clients
  • Coordinate medical treatment or inform case managers of client preferences
  • Assign new cases to case management
  • Update and maintain the Medical Providers List
  • Report daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by the end of each week
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales
  • Demonstrated empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
