Essential Responsibilities
- IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO NEW INQUIRIES IS REQUIRED
- NEW CASES TAKE PRIORITY - Always remember to prioritize effectively.
- FOLLOW-UP IS VITAL - A proactive follow-up approach increases case signings.
- TEAM COMMUNICATION IS KEY - Maintain open lines of communication to prevent or swiftly resolve issues.
$35,000 - $50,000 annually
Key Duties:- Monitor incoming inquiries via phone, text, or email
- Conduct follow-ups during your shift to check on lead statuses
- Input all incoming inquiries into the Lead-Docket system
- Prepare and submit a daily New Case List
- Conduct intake procedures for new clients
- Coordinate medical treatment arrangements or inform case managers of client preferences
- Assign new cases to the case management team
- Update and manage the Medical Providers List
- Submit weekly performance metrics by the end of each week
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sales environment
- Empathy and understanding are essential
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for assisting others
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to work within a team
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
