Position Overview

The role of an Intake Coordinator involves overseeing, reaching out, documenting, and managing new case inquiries while ensuring an exceptional client service experience. Essential Responsibilities

  • IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO NEW INQUIRIES IS REQUIRED
  • NEW CASES TAKE PRIORITY - Always remember to prioritize effectively.
  • FOLLOW-UP IS VITAL - A proactive follow-up approach increases case signings.
  • TEAM COMMUNICATION IS KEY - Maintain open lines of communication to prevent or swiftly resolve issues.
Compensation:

$35,000 - $50,000 annually

Key Duties:
  • Monitor incoming inquiries via phone, text, or email
  • Conduct follow-ups during your shift to check on lead statuses
  • Input all incoming inquiries into the Lead-Docket system
  • Prepare and submit a daily New Case List
  • Conduct intake procedures for new clients
  • Coordinate medical treatment arrangements or inform case managers of client preferences
  • Assign new cases to the case management team
  • Update and manage the Medical Providers List
  • Submit weekly performance metrics by the end of each week
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a sales environment
  • Empathy and understanding are essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for assisting others
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to work within a team
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
