Key Responsibilities:

The Fast-Track Manager (FTM) will be responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience and managing all operations at our Jiffy Lube locations.

This role involves fostering a culture of accountability, driving sales, managing costs, ensuring profitability, satisfying customers, training and developing team members, maintaining facility standards, safeguarding company assets, and adhering to operational protocols.

The FTM is expected to achieve company objectives by providing clear guidance and exemplifying a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.


Position Requirements:

  • Lead store-level operations by coaching, training, scheduling, and managing team performance.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the store, including sales, inventory management, marketing efforts, customer satisfaction, and full Profit & Loss accountability.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team through effective recruitment, interviewing, and retention strategies.
  • Develop work schedules for team members, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business demands.
  • Set a standard for outstanding customer service, including effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Ensure that the facility, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management; automotive experience is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a profit and loss environment.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
