Role Overview:
As a Training General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our restaurant operations, responsible for fostering a team that crafts beautiful dishes and builds lasting relationships with our customers. Your leadership will ensure that your restaurant becomes a culinary hub in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
All Training General Managers are expected to:

  • Collaborate closely with Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Team Members to deliver outstanding service to guests.
  • Proactively manage food costs and operational efficiencies.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop all in-store personnel.
  • Handle administrative tasks, particularly related to food and labor cost control.
  • Implement promotional strategies to enhance store sales and expand the customer base.
  • Oversee cash management.
  • Assist in monitoring operations and executing corrective measures as needed.
  • Comprehend and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the preparation and service of the highest quality food.
  • Participate in General Manager training sessions and weekly management meetings.
  • Engage in daily restaurant operations alongside the team.

The Human Resources department may invite you to participate in a Practical Interview, allowing you to experience the role firsthand, meet the staff, and gain insight into Clover's culture.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Training General Manager position, candidates must possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or as an executive chef.
  • Experience managing teams of 20 or more.
  • ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Certifications.
  • A proven ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Experience in developing strong culinary teams.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • A genuine passion for food, a positive demeanor, and a commitment to high standards.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
