Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Project Superintendent who excels in leading teams, mentoring staff, and managing projects from inception to completion with precision and strategic insight.
Mentor, train, and supervise project teams.
Develop a thorough understanding of project strategies and commitments, including financial objectives, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date project schedule that reflects the current status and meets budgetary and timeline requirements.
Foster effective communication with the project team regarding changes in work, site conditions, subcontractor relations, and any project deviations.
Promote positive relationships by engaging fairly and expertly with all subcontractors and vendors, instilling this approach within the project team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent managing projects from start to finish.
Demonstrated ability in managing, training, and developing personnel.
Project experience should include work with MSBA, academic institutions, or university projects.
Ability to commute within the Worcester area.
