About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Executive Sales Director to join our team. As a key player in our ECM business, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic account development and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire large key accounts with recurring revenue.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.

Salary Estimate: $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
