Vestis, a leading provider of uniform and workplace supplies, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Based in Memphis, TN, this role will involve driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities across the territory.

As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for identifying new sales prospects and building relationships with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success in new account generation. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.

We offer a competitive base salary of $65,000, uncapped commission, and a monthly car allowance & fuel card. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid training, company laptop & cell, and 401k plan.

Responsibilities:
