Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This role will involve working closely with sales teams, manufacturers, beverage experts, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage relationships with key customers, including sales managers, managers, sales teams, and manufacturing professionals
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
