Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This role will involve working closely with sales teams, manufacturers, beverage experts, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage relationships with key customers, including sales managers, managers, sales teams, and manufacturing professionals
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
