National Sales Director for Ambitious Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Growth to lead our national sales team and drive ambitious growth across the US. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize our outbound sales strategy, secure new business, and build a high-performing sales team.
About the Role:This is a critical position that will play a pivotal role in driving our market presence and growth. As Director of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing RedRover's go-to-market strategy, securing individual closings through an optimized sales process, coaching and training a high-performing sales team, and supporting the CEO in speaking engagements and representing RedRover at trade shows and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute RedRover's go-to-market strategy.
- Secure individual closings through an optimized sales process before scaling up to a national team.
- Coach and train a high-performing sales team across our expansion markets.
- Support the CEO in speaking engagements and represent RedRover at trade shows and events.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience and at least 3 years leading a team in closing complex business solutions.
- Proven success selling to C-Suite executives.
- Outstanding team coaching and consultative sales skills.
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience as a keynote speaker with a compelling public speaking presence.
- Strong proficiency in sales technology, including CRM setup and platforms like Sales Navigator, Dripify, and video platforms (BombBomb, Vinyard).
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
