Regional Sales Director

Canteen sets the national standard for excellence in the office refreshment business, driving growth through dedication, collaboration, and passion. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory strategy to maximize sales, identifying problems customers are trying to solve, and collaborating with the Regional Vice President to achieve key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales cycles, consultative selling skills, and high emotional intelligence. They will be self-motivated, inspired to produce and earn, with a positive attitude and energy that wins business and inspires clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update territory database
- Develop territory strategy to maximize sales
- Making sales calls with prospective customers
- Identify problems customers are trying to solve
- Collaborate with Regional Vice President to achieve KPIs
