Human Resources Coordinator

Adecco US, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join a reputable organization in the Florence SC area. This position is designed for an individual who is eager to contribute to the HR department by performing essential administrative tasks.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation:
$17 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy within HR databases.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing staff members.
- Support the organization of employee training and development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help coordinate activities and events aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required by the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a human resources role is essential.
- Proficient computer skills are required.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial attributes.
