Position Purpose
This specialized role focuses on ensuring continuous oversight and compliance within the Aging and Disability Services Division. You will play a key part in implementing technical assistance, including quality assurance, contract management, and adherence to relevant regulations.
As a Data and Compliance Specialist, you'll also provide backup support to the Administrative and Financial Manager, assisting with financial processes such as invoicing, data entry, budget analysis, and program coordination.
Responsibilities:- Build resource connections between agencies to ensure accessibility and coordinate program efforts.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and training sessions as needed. Represent the division on committees or at meetings as assigned.
- Assist with reviewing and preparing monthly financial reports. Submit reports to the appropriate entities and provide backup support to the Administrative and Financial Director when required.
- Develop program tools and resources aligned with quality assurance trends within the division.
- Support Fiscal Court Contract management, including monthly reporting, billing, and assisting with the preparation of funding applications.
- Oversee quality-related activities as directed.
- Collaborate with program staff and act as a liaison to providers for all quality processes related to provider quality assurance.
- Conduct monitoring for In Home service providers under the direction of the Associate Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
A bachelor's degree in Personnel, Human Services, Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combinations of training and experience will be considered.
Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with diverse stakeholders effectively.
