Job Overview: Dove Technologies is in search of a proficient and meticulous Project Manager to direct the effective on-site implementation of surveillance systems, access control, and IT initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in project oversight, outstanding organizational capabilities, and considerable experience with security and IT frameworks. The Project Manager will be tasked with strategizing, executing, and finalizing projects within defined timelines and budget constraints, ensuring a significant presence on-site to uphold quality, coordination, and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders.

2. On-Site Project Execution and Monitoring:

  • Supervise the on-site deployment of surveillance, access control, and IT systems.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of on-site personnel, including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Track on-site project advancement and implement adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to confirm the quality of work and compliance with project specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Address any on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.

3. Quality Control and Assurance:

  • Perform routine quality assessments and site evaluations.
  • Guarantee compliance with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain precise records.
  • Conduct final quality assessments and facilitate project handover to clients.

4. Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Conduct project review meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

5. Budget and Resource Management:

  • Oversee project budgets, including cost estimates and financial tracking.
  • Authorize project expenditures and ensure cost management.
  • Collaborate with procurement to guarantee timely availability of materials and equipment.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and optimize utilization.

6. Team Leadership and Coordination:

  • Guide and inspire project team members.
  • Promote a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
  • Provide training and support to team members as necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in construction, physical security installation, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a project manager in construction, surveillance, access control, or IT projects.
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management processes.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness and capability to spend significant time on-site.
  • Familiarity with security systems, access control, and IT infrastructure is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of remote and field work.
  • Frequent travel to project sites and client locations.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
