Position Title: Music Ministry Coordinator
Employment Status: Full-Time
Classification: Non-exempt
Primary Role:
  • Oversee the weekly liturgical music program for Sunday services and special occasions
  • Develop and nurture choirs and musical ensembles
  • Ensure all musicians are well-versed in Church protocols
  • Administer budget and resources for the music ministry
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Catholic Mission of the Parish by teaching in alignment with Church doctrine
  • Exemplify Gospel values through personal faith journey
  • Communicate effectively and train volunteer musicians
  • Maintain parish records and provide administrative assistance
Qualifications:
  • Strong dedication to Roman Catholic teachings
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a team
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in music with experience in Catholic liturgical music
Additional Skills:
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
