Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Develop and implement individualized plans and goals for participants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Personnel Management: Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including medical, financial, and maintenance aspects, ensuring seamless coordination and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a human services field of study preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year full-time, direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities, and at least 2 years of experience in management and working with developmental disabilities.
  • Skills: Demonstrated good decision-making, time management, and communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
