Sales Executive at Clear Rate Communications

Position Overview

This position is focused on generating new business opportunities and finalizing sales to achieve established objectives, playing a crucial role in enhancing revenue through effective client engagement, lead generation, prospect evaluation, and managing the sales of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a monthly sales goal of $2,500
  • Conduct cold outreach, lead cultivation, appointment scheduling, and relationship building at potential client locations
  • Connect with prospective clients via phone calls, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and referrals to secure appointments
  • Perform sales consultations to identify client requirements, gather information, and discuss appropriate voice and data solutions
  • Design customized and economical telecom solutions for business customers
  • Deliver presentations of solutions in a professional manner
  • Stay informed about telecom offerings, products, and services
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with contacts and leads
  • Update the sales database for both new and existing clients
  • Produce comprehensive reports on a regular basis
  • Establish and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Qualifications

  • Education
    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in direct or indirect sales
    • Background in account management and providing customer-centric solutions
  • Knowledge
    • Understanding of sales methodologies and customer service principles
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
