Our team is currently seeking a Lead Personal Lines Account Executive who will play a crucial role in our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to develop alongside our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the scheduling of Account Managers based on current workloads, providing direction and support to fellow team members.
  • Facilitate the submission process for new business, collaborating with sales producers, agents, and underwriters to ensure timely completion of applications and required documentation.
  • Manage renewals and endorsements, working closely with sales producers, agents, and underwriters to verify the accuracy and timely completion of Renewal Questionnaires and other essential documents.
  • Proactively oversee renewal timelines and activities within the Personal Lines department.
  • Issue quotes and proposals promptly, ensuring accuracy in all communications.
  • Handle cancellation requests in accordance with agency protocols.
  • Process invoices with precision and timeliness.
  • Manage claims from brokers and direct clients efficiently.
  • Act as the primary contact for Account Managers regarding service inquiries and customer concerns.
  • Assist the Operations Leader with various operational projects, including book rolls and other initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and execution of Personal Lines training, focusing on workflow and product knowledge in collaboration with the Operations Leader and Personal Lines Team Leader.
  • Contribute to the new business development process for the department.
  • Demonstrate effective prioritization and planning of work activities, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, maintaining confidentiality, being receptive to others' ideas, and demonstrating a willingness to explore new approaches.
  • Showcase excellent written communication skills, ensuring all work is free from errors and clearly interpretable.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness, consistently monitoring personal work to ensure quality.

Qualifications:
  • Property & Casualty License.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines.
  • High School diploma, supplemented by college-level business coursework.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Insurance designations such as CISR, CPRIA, or CIC.
