Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a variety of clerical and administrative functions including accounts payable, payroll, and project team support.
  • Assist with administrative project tasks related to safety, quality assurance, project cost tracking, equipment rentals, document management, and procurement.
  • Input and maintain job setup, accounts payable, and other essential data within company software.
  • Organize and oversee all project team files.
  • Compile and distribute project-related information to vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Project Managers with documentation to track, pursue, and bill for additional work.
  • Gather necessary information for Project Managers for analysis and billing purposes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (additional experience is a plus)
  • Prior experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor or Construction Management Firm
  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or clerical role within the construction sector
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Procore and MS Office Suite
  • Accounting experience and familiarity with Sage Timberline is highly preferred
