    Position Overview:
    Assists the Director of Facility Operations with daily administrative functions, maintenance of the facility, event preparations, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensures the facility is maintained to the highest standards, providing guests with an exceptional entertainment experience.

Delivers outstanding customer service to all stakeholders, maintaining neutrality on team matters and safeguarding confidential information.

Effectively communicates (both verbally and in writing) with management, ownership, and various stakeholders.

Prepares and manages the facility for major events by completing necessary preparation tasks, inspections, and event management duties, as well as conducting post-event evaluations.

Participates in all significant stadium events and special occasions as required.

Maintains comprehensive records of Facility Operations projects (both electronic and hard copy), including blueprints, operation manuals, CAD drawings, shop drawings, permits, warranties, and related documentation.

Collaborates with the Maintenance Planner to organize space in the Facility Operations Plan Room for physical records.

Conducts site surveys and visual inspections for maintenance repairs and capital improvement projects.

Assists in generating accurate project budget estimates and creating formal Request for Proposal documents.

Supports the Director of Facility Operations in coordinating projects, including vendor identification, walkthroughs, bid evaluations, vendor selection, logistics, inspections, and quality control assessments.

Assists in managing assigned Union Trades for daily and preventive maintenance and projects through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Keeps precise records of work completed by Union Trades staff and external contractors.

Researches and sources materials and supplies for the Facility Operations Department, ensuring accurate inventories and timely replenishment of essential maintenance supplies.

Processes weekly payroll for Union Trades Staff and assists with payroll for other departmental trades as needed.

Facilitates training resources for Union Trades staff regarding safety and other mandatory training requirements.

Engages in departmental snow removal preparation and planning, working on-site during snow removal operations to manage third-party labor and inspect stadium locations.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must effectively perform each essential duty.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Valid driver's license.
1-3 years of experience in Facility Management or Construction Management.
Knowledge of policies, practices, and techniques in building and construction management is essential.
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams is necessary, with familiarity in Microsoft Project being a plus.
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and site plans is crucial.
Detail-oriented with a customer-service mindset, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, and sit.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds while twisting and turning, with frequent climbing of stairs and ladders.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
Employees may be required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays due to the unique schedule of the facility. Off-hours emergency response may also be necessary.
The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate, but may become loud during events.

Salary Range:
$60,000-$70,000
