Role Overview

As the primary host for our spa, you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests, guiding them through our spa facilities, and delivering exceptional personal service. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for providing outstanding customer care while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.
  • Facilitate seamless spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedules and ensuring guest areas are prepared and maintained to our high standards.
  • Prepare professional body care products, set up sauna rooms, and arrange baths as required.
  • Take beverage orders, prepare drinks, and serve them poolside.
  • Maintain cleanliness in pool areas by removing towels, cups, and dishes, and restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Transport linen carts to the laundry area.
Compensation range: $17.00-$ plus gratuity

Candidate Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, personal care, or pool service within a luxury resort environment is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor setting while collaborating with a dynamic team in a large department.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic personality that consistently exceeds expectations.
