Job Title: Risk Technology Program Manager
Location: Hybrid Role
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Compensation: $75 to $80/hr. on W2
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, management, and coordination of daily operations for a program or a series of programs.
• Lead the identification of potential risks that may affect program execution and ensure that effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Ensure timely communication of status updates, issues, and risk assessments to all relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Facilitate the identification and resolution of challenges, including those that may fall outside the defined program scope.
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged in defining the program scope, are aware of the program timeline and critical milestones, and receive regular updates on progress.
• Escalate significant program risks to the Program Director or Program Sponsor as necessary.
• Quickly comprehend key priorities and complex challenges within the broader organization and produce clear written communications and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 15 years of comprehensive experience in the Risk and Controls sector.
• Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to quality and detail.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various business functions.
