Nutanix Cloud Native Sales Executive

As a Cloud Native Sales Executive at Nutanix, you will be responsible for selling our Cloud Native solutions and Data platforms to Federal Government customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strategic regional plan to effectively sell Cloud Native solutions to Public Sector customers.
- Create, develop, qualify, negotiate, and close Public Sector business opportunities to achieve pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Establish high-impact trusted relationships at all levels in large government environments to maintain the health of the assigned territory.
- Navigate large Federal Government organizations, IT systems, and cloud environments to find opportunity, define requirements, and propose solutions.
- Understand Public Sector requirements and represent them to our product, support, and executive teams to help us build world-class products.
- Envision and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Take responsibility for responding promptly to RFPs and following up with prospects to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Form, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams, including partners, to close new business, maintain the existing customer base, and enable maximum customer success.
- 10+ years of US Federal Government sales experience.
- Track record of success selling database licenses and services to the US Federal Government.
- Experience working with partners in the territory.
- Experience demonstrating a strong level of expertise required to sell Nutanix products and services.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
