Job Description

Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is seeking a talented Cloud Native Developer to join its OHAI Platform & Production Engineering organization.

We are seeking hands-on Member of Technical Staff Engineers that share our passion and excitement of operating distributed systems at hyper scale using cloud native best practices.

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Native Developer in our team, you'll be responsible for designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support health care platform, applications, and our end users.

We believe in ownership and expect you to think long term, mentor, and empower other engineers.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • More than 2 years of experience in developing and operating APIs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing excellent code in Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing APIs that scale efficiently and securely.
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in cloud technologies, including OCI, AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
  • Utilizes telemetry in software engineering to inform and make data-driven decisions.
  • A solid grasp of fundamental system design principles and best practices in distributed systems architecture.
