About the Sales Manager Position
You will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in. As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Harrisburg, a 55-apartment assisted living and memory care community, you will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads and develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
