Account Executive

The Harrisburg Senators are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their dynamic ticket sales team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the organization with professionalism in the community
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, appointments, and networking events
- Reneew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members
- Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop sales programs and components
- Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression
- Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals and daily outbound call/appointment minimums
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
- Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career
- Ability to effectively express ideas verbally and in writing
- Possess a positive attitude and flexible work schedule
