About the Role

The Harrisburg Senators are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their dynamic ticket sales team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the organization with professionalism in the community
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, appointments, and networking events
  • Reneew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members
  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop sales programs and components
  • Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression
  • Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals and daily outbound call/appointment minimums
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career
  • Ability to effectively express ideas verbally and in writing
  • Possess a positive attitude and flexible work schedule
