Job Description:
The Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our existing client base and identify new potential customers. This includes cultivating relationships with our network of sales representatives, providing customized product or service solutions to meet customer requirements, and managing leads within the sales pipeline for efficient follow-up. The Sales Lead will also collaborate with our online and eCommerce sales efforts to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and sustain client relationships.
- Effective negotiation and presentation abilities to close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices for efficient lead management.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
