Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative at FIMAC, you'll play a vital role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales from various media sources, including Google Ads, social media, live lead transfers, form fills, SMS marketing, and email campaigns. You'll also be expected to understand customer needs and requirements, close deals, and use our CRM to convert aged leads. Your hard work will contribute significantly to your earning potential, with the opportunity to earn up to $160,000 per year through hourly and commission-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales and meet quarterly quotas.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch and demonstrate our products/services.
- Close sales and achieve revenue growth objectives.
- Use CRM to convert aged leads through email, SMS, follow-up calls.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Track all sales activities and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Identify and target potential clients in need of services.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products & services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services.

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven inside sales experience (ideally in B2C environment).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
