Job Title: Head of Marketing and Growth

HER USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing and Growth to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth through customer acquisition, retention marketing, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user growth and retention
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on growth and customer acquisition
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user growth and retention
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
