Job Title: Head of Marketing and Growth

HER USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing and Growth to lead our marketing efforts and drive user growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and results-driven marketing leader who can drive huge user growth over the next 12 months. You will manage an existing team of 5 and work directly alongside our CEO to drive growth through customer acquisition, retention marketing, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize our customer funnel to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop, plan, launch, and analyze customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Manage all core performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, churn, and conversion rate.
  • Own the marketing calendar and work with internal resources to facilitate execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to champion a testing culture that rapidly tests, measures, and iterates.
  • Build dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth.
  • Build a world-leading brand that consumers trust and want to be a part of through content, social media, and partnerships.
  • Work with the CEO to create a strategic vision for all types of marketing and ensure robust, integrated, and flawless execution of the mission, vision, and brand story.
  • Work with Product and Customer Care teams to incorporate customer feedback and refund data and use this data to make long-term improvements with the goal of increasing LTV.
  • Work cross-functionally with development, design, data/analytics, and editorial to optimize ads, email capture, and landing pages.
  • Lead by example and nurture and grow a marketing team.
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of experience leading growth and/or marketing at consumer mobile or marketplace companies.
  • Excited to roll sleeves up and execute effectively, iterate quickly, and learn repeatedly.
  • Pride yourself on grit and relentlessness and commitment to delivering ROI.
  • Obsessed with analytics and very strong at LTV modeling.
  • Capable of calling on both your left and right brain.
  • Proven track record of crafting successful marketing campaigns and managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end.
  • Solid knowledge of product & performance analytics, customer life cycle management, mobile user acquisition, and digital marketing tools/techniques.
  • Excellent skills in managing difficult or complex situations, including crises and sensitive topics.
  • World-class communicator who creates clarity with every spoken or written utterance.
  • Highly empathetic, mission-driven, and motivated individual.
