Job Overview

Niche B2B Services Company is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and remote desktop connections.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, desktop applications, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert-level support.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and desktop applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and platforms.
