Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Inceed. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring that their IT needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first and second-level support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and other business-critical applications.
- Manage user accounts, including creating, updating, and disabling accounts, as well as managing group policies and permissions.
- Support and manage mobile devices using Intune, including device configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, manage systems, and streamline processes.
- Log, track, and manage service requests and incidents in the service desk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end-users.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on the use of IT systems and software, ensuring users can effectively utilize technology to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting processes, technical solutions, and user guides.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT Support role with hands-on experience troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, including user account management and group policies.
- Strong experience with Office 365 and Exchange support.
- Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience with Intune for Mobile Device Management.
- PowerShell scripting experience is a significant advantage.
