At First Citizens Bank, we are committed to delivering exceptional banking experiences for our clients. As a Sales Support Specialist in Commercial Lending, you will play a vital role in supporting our lenders in identifying sales opportunities, coordinating materials for presentations, and maintaining prospect lists.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to lenders, including identifying sales opportunities, coordinating materials for presentations, setting up sales calls as needed, and maintaining prospect lists.
- Documentation Support and Accuracy: Originate, process, and ensure accuracy of loan documentation for closings. This includes entering financial information into the loan system and ensuring that all necessary documentation is included in the loan package prior to closing.
- Ongoing Credit Servicing Support and Accuracy: Resolve documentation exception issues, maintain service levels, update financial statements, and prepare files for portfolio reviews. Run reports to track maturing lines/loans and service levels.
- Monitoring of Past Due Credits: Communicate, report, and follow up on portfolio past dues to ensure they remain current while maintaining customer contact.
- Ongoing Customer Service/Office Support: Coordinate opening of deposit and other banking services with branch partners. Handle customer requests for information and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Required Education: High school or GED.
- Required Experience: 4+ years' experience in commercial or business lending support.
- Must be comfortable with loan documentation process.
- Experience working at a large financial institution.
- Ability to commute in the Miami area on a daily basis.
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
