">We are seeking an experienced Senior Court Reporter and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Salem. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality reporting services for administrative hearings, as well as supporting our business operations with a range of administrative tasks.

- Reporting Services:">
- Provide accurate and complete verbatim transcripts of administrative hearings, using specialized equipment and software.">
- Set up and operate recording equipment to ensure high-quality audio and video recordings.">
- Gather and distribute exhibits and supporting materials during hearings.">
- Maintain accurate records of hearing outcomes and other relevant data.">
- Administrative Support:">
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.">
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.">
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.">
Requirements:

- Education and Qualifications:">
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA or equivalent required.">
- Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling required.">
- Ability to type 60 WPM (words per minute) preferred.">
- Reliable transportation and a printer/scanner at home required.">
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills essential.">
- Previous experience as a court reporter or in a similar role an asset.">
Compensation:
">The estimated salary for this position is $ 50,000 - 70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
