Job Overview

Vanity Mode LLC, an all-in-one aesthetics studio in South Miami, is looking for a Business Development Coordinator - Aesthetic Services. This role involves developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

The Business Development Coordinator will work closely with physicians to develop business protocols and patient services, ensuring seamless communication between teams. They will also be responsible for managing finances, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quickbooks, ADP, Aesthetic Records, PocketSuite, Excel, Word, and Google Drive, as well as excellent communication and writing skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manages client relationships and provides exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinates day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Collaborates with physicians to develop business protocols and patient services.
  • Ensures seamless communication between teams.
  • Manages finances, including payroll, billing, and debt collections.
  • Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
