Position Overview

Role Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Management Leader will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of intricate software and hardware initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the intake, resource allocation, planning, execution, and performance metrics for a diverse portfolio of cross-functional programs and projects.
  • Collaborating with engineering leadership to formulate and oversee program and project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including executive leadership and project managers, to ensure alignment and consensus on program and project outcomes.
  • Continuously monitoring and reporting on the progress of programs and projects.
  • Working closely with executive leadership, stakeholders, project managers, and engineers to proactively identify and address risks, as well as eliminate obstacles to project success.
  • Ensuring that all programs are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the established quality standards.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to project managers and engineers.
  • Developing and implementing innovative program management methodologies and tools to enhance the organization’s capacity to execute large-scale initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Technical proficiency in cloud networking and system software and hardware.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management, particularly with infrastructure and data center technologies.
  • Strong grasp of technical project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in mentoring project managers and engineers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of empathy for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Resilience under pressure and in high-stress environments.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Compensation Information:

The compensation for this role will range from $180,000 to $210,000, inclusive of Restricted Stock Units. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
