About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Manager to join our team at Cloudflare. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation programs. You will work closely with our HR business partners, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop compensation strategies that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities
  • Compensation Program Design: Develop and implement compensation programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis to inform compensation decisions and ensure that our compensation programs are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Communication and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand our compensation programs and policies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR business partners, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop compensation strategies that align with our company's goals.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure that compensation programs are implemented on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation programs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with compensation software.
