We seek Senior Project Managers who can effectively facilitate teamwork. You will be a motivator who cultivates a culture of adaptability and efficiency. Our ideal candidates are those who strategically plan their tasks and execute them with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Guide interdisciplinary teams to successfully deliver construction initiatives.
  2. Engage in the design and implementation of project safety and quality assurance measures.
  3. Oversee project staffing and manage budgetary constraints.
  4. Contribute to the development of bid packages, pre-qualification processes, and budget planning.
  5. Lead preconstruction discussions and coordinate responses to requests for information (RFIs).
  6. Evaluate risks and identify schedule-related challenges, including long lead materials or equipment that may affect cash flow.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Assess and present project delivery strategies, develop alternative solutions, and facilitate their execution.
  9. Manage project close-out processes and resolve claims.
  10. Act as the primary liaison for senior management regarding critical business initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relations.
  3. Experience in Waste Water, Water Treatment, or related Water Projects is highly desirable.

Salary range: $174,000 - $290,000 / Yr.
