Overview

The Walsh Group is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed Water Division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects within the water sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to execute construction projects effectively.
  2. Engage in the design and implementation of safety and quality control measures.
  3. Oversee project staffing and manage budgetary constraints.
  4. Contribute to the development of bid packages and budget forecasts.
  5. Facilitate preconstruction meetings and manage responses to requests for information (RFIs).
  6. Evaluate risks and address schedule-related challenges, including the analysis of long lead materials or equipment affecting cash flow.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Assess and present project delivery strategies, develop alternatives, and support their execution.
  9. Supervise project close-out processes and resolve claims.
  10. Act as the primary liaison for senior management regarding critical business initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, and client management.
  3. Experience in Waste Water, Water Treatment, or related water projects is highly desirable.

Compensation

Salary range: $174,000 - $290,000 / Year.
