Business Relationship Manager

As a Business Relationship Manager - Capital Markets, you will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and profitability through innovative win-win solutions. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, leveraging your expertise in sales methodologies and multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close large deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the P&L of the customer relationship, driving strategic value creation aligned to the customer's vision and priorities.
- Align TCS engagements with the customer's strategic direction, developing a relationship roadmap that includes innovation and governance.
- Develop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Build a diverse and inclusive team, ensuring gender, ethnic, and cultural diversity in the account.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite, showcasing an in-depth understanding of the industry and the customer's ecosystem.
- Rich experience in the BFSI domain with expertise in industry trends.
- Experience directing technology transformation journeys.
- Good understanding of Digital technologies and next-gen solutions.
- Long-standing Relationship management experience at a C-suite level.
- Proven track record of delivering exponential growth.
- Experience in handling 10+ Mn accounts and ability to connect & build relationships with CXOs.
- Prior experience as BRM (at least 4+ years) is mandatory.
